Alpinia is for those who want more than a studio and who value a sense of space. Its duplex format immediately brings a different breathing to the stay.
On the ground floor: the kitchen, the dining nook and a separate WC. Upstairs: the living room, the bedroom and the shower room compose a quieter, more settled, more residential night area. This two-level layout lets you really inhabit the apartment, not just stay in it.
Alpinia particularly suits multi-day stays, when you're looking for a comfortable address in which to easily alternate rest, outings and quieter moments on site.

The kitchen and dining nook.
On the ground floor, the equipped kitchen brings together an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine 6 kg. The splashback and dark pendant lighting give the whole a more contemporary than utilitarian character.
The adjoining table seats two comfortably — in the morning around coffee, in the evening for a dinner without going out. A separate WC is adjacent on the ground floor.

The living room, upstairs.
At the top of the stairs, the living room opens onto a settled space: sofa, armchair, coffee table, bookcase, TV unit. This is the room where you read in the morning, watch a film in the evening, settle down at the end of the day — without interfering with the bedroom, which is kept apart.
In the evening, indirect lighting takes over and gives the upper floor a quieter, almost residential atmosphere.

The bedroom.
Queen Size bed 160 × 200 dressed in natural linen, matching cushions, light-wood bedside table. The bedroom benefits from the upper level: its own quiet, with no direct circulation to the kitchen or entry.
A discreet wooden desk sits in a corner — useful to handle a message or open a notebook. In the evening, a string of lights warms the atmosphere.

The shower room.
Upstairs too, the shower room is built around a vanity unit with illuminated mirror and a shower. Hair dryer and heated towel rail provided. The ground-floor WC stays separate, which simplifies use for two.
The light palette and the vanity slab give the room a calm character, with no decorative excess.

The terrace.
Alpinia's outdoor terrace is the largest of the three apartments. Garden furniture, space to have lunch or dinner outside: use moves easily between inside and outside depending on weather and time of day.
The heated pool is a few steps away — two sunbeds dedicated to the apartment wait at the edge of the water during the season.

Alpinia is the apartment for those who take their time. A couple who stays a week, who works remotely two days and enjoys the other three, who cooks downstairs and reads upstairs. The morning starts down below, in the kitchen, around coffee. The day extends to the pool or into town. Coming back in the evening finds a real home, not a spare room.
Its main attraction isn't only the surface, but the quality of use brought by its duplex layout.

Design warm and modern. For us particularly the lack of carpet feels clean and tidy, yet the place is very warm. A nice retreat in winter.
