Design warm and modern. For us particularly the lack of carpet feels clean and tidy, yet the place is very warm. A nice retreat in winter.

This property is a gem, beautiful location about 20 minutes from Lille in the gorgeous countryside of France. Lovely one bedroom unit with sitting area and kitchen, very comfy bed, private patio. All new and fresh. A warm welcome by our host Sebastian when we arrived, fresh roses on the table.

Where to start! Sebastien was a great host! He treated us like family and made us feel at home right away. His place is small but perfectly formed. It's high-end, clean, light and bright and we were very comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the surroundings. The pool was so relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation is beautifully decorated, clean and very well maintained. The children loved the heated pool. Sebastian, the owner and host, was extremely welcoming and friendly, always ready to help.

The swimming pool, the accommodation and the friendly welcome from Sebastian. We recently stayed here for a week as our family holiday, and Sebastian was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful.

It's a lovely place, a well-designed and maintained house with a pool. Sebastien is very friendly, kind with children and responds to all requests. We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed.

Received a warm welcome from Sebastien who was very informative about the accommodation and the region. The pool was great and our children loved swimming every day. We enjoyed exploring Lille, the zoo, and getting lost in the maize maze nearby.

Our gite was absolutely perfect. A very modern and comfortable accommodation. The pool area was wonderful and a great space to cool off and relax. The location was peaceful and quiet but still very close to local amenities including some wonderful restaurants and boulangeries. We had a wonderful stay. Sebastien is a friendly and proactive host, very attentive to his guests. We received an online guide, full of useful local information. The accommodation is high-end and impeccably clean. A few relaxing days by the pool, and a fabulous meal at a nearby farm, was exactly what we needed.

A very enjoyable stay. A delightfully furnished apartment including a private, sunny patio. We loved the pool! The host was extremely helpful and even made reservations for us at a superb local restaurant as we don't speak French. We used an Uber to get into Lille.

Sebastien was an excellent host. We were a bit distracted and locked ourselves out twice; Sebastien was very understanding and we really feel we made a friend.

The gites are a modern conversion of old farm buildings, well decorated and stylishly furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Our apartment had a large outside terrace with seating, and daily access to a large warm outdoor swimming pool. Good off-road parking. The perfect countryside location for exploring Flanders.

Excellent host with comfortable accommodation, a private space with a large spa, I cannot recommend it enough.
